 Tarpon
fishing charters are available during the season which runs
from April through July.
All charters are aboard the
"Sally J", a 24' Morgan Open Fisherman with room for
6 passengers. Docked at historic Whidden's Marina, Sally J can
have you out in the tarpon-rich pass within 15 minutes.
Full and half day charters are
available - please call for pricing and details.
Cappy welcomes all experience
levels of fishermen. Women, children and first-timers are not
only encouraged to fish with Cappy, but are guided through the
entire process and technique. Don't hesitate to get the whole
family out tarpon fishing!
Though the tarpon are large
fish - tension of the equipment, teamed with line strength,
and the sturdy gimell attached to the Captain's Chair - even a
60lb child can land a 180lb tarpon.
